A very Welsh week
Having enjoyed a few very busy weeks in London I returned to
Cardiff this week, spending a week working on Pobol y Cwm both in studios and
on location. Whilst once again I can’t really say anything it was very different
to other shows I’d worked on, in a good way I should add. It was quite fascinating
to be down in Roath Locke at last and even nicer during the lovely weather we
had, so many lunches were spent sitting in the Bay. Whilst it was a very busy
week, it was not quite so busy as my time in London.
After a busy week I wandered off to Chiswick as ever for a
busy signing with a wonderful selection of guests. It was particularly nice to
meet Bob Aldous, a friend of Nick’s, as I’d heard a lot about him and he was
just as charming as I had hoped. With the nice weather continuing, our time in
the pub after was a lovely evening and a very relaxing way to end the day.
With an unexpected week of ahead I travel up north come
Sunday for a relaxing week (in theory) before what will be a busy few months
after I believe.
