The last week of term
Here I am dear reader, the end of another
term already (the end of third year is getting worrying close now!).
I had thought the week would be very quiet
and that I would be left to my own devices however that didn't happen. Each day
I've had to pop in for something or other so I didn't quite rattle through my
list of jobs as I'd planned, but not to worry.
Wednesday was nice as I was in filming part
of 'Punk Rock' (Jess's show), with the same crew which was nice, and great to
see some of her show. I did eventually see it on Friday and it was fantastic,
every aspect of it was brilliant!

| Me and a rather nervous Weeping Angel (never thought I'd say that!) |
Asides from college Tuesday afternoon was
spent in the delightful company of an actor by the name of Roger Nott (yes dear
reader he was once in Who). We spoke about his work, both stage and screen, as
well as the college (he studied there in the 60s), as well as the open air
theatre (which he founded) which was great as I learnt a lot about theatre in
Cardiff in particular.
Saturday was a brief trip to Jacobs Market
for a small signing. I only met one guest, who had been a number of monsters,
but was charming and rather nervous as she'd never done an event before. I
spent much of Saturday packing and tidying up the room, whilst Jess had her
final performance of 'Punk Rock' and the overnight get-out. Come Sunday all was
ready to go up north, but I think I was more tired than Jess and she'd done all
the hard work! Thankfully by the time I was heading north the worst of the snow
had past and within no time at all I was back up north, now just to unpack
everything!
