Eric and cake

After a busy two weeks, it was soon all gone.

This week marks week two (the final week) of DGM. Having had Sunday off, I was a little out of the routine of it all during the day (I spend all day clock watching and timing my various faffing arounds). As ever this week's shows were good fun, but it soon came to Saturday (our final show) and I found myself doing each sing for the last time. It’s been nice to be back at the Vic and working on DGM and I look forward to the next one (assuming I'm asked to do it). Following the excitement of DGM I spent Sunday catching up on normality.

Alongside DGM I seemed to have spent an awful lot of time baking, making three cakes, an apple pie and turnovers. One cake was taken to the Vic on Saturday and didn't last long (always a good sign I think).
